Ghost Town Trail ATVing
Tombstone is better known as an old western town that’s “too tough to die” rather than a hub of off-roading activities, but there’s potential if you know where to look. The roughly 30 miles of uneven Ghost Town trail is an old stagecoach road that connects Tombstone with other former mining towns of Gleeson, Courtland and Pearce. If you’re looking to enjoy the untamed scenery of the still very wild west, chat up the few residents that remain, and stop to poke around in some relics of Arizona’s frontier — then this will be an eventual trip you’ll have to make.
