Notable spots to hit up are under London Bridge, which was dismantled in London and relocated to Arizona in 1967; Red Rock, a stunning and aptly named formation on the southern end of the lake that casts a picturesque reflection at sunset; Pirate’s Cove, a wacky spot on the north end of the lake that features a pirate ship you can paddle around; and the Topock Gorge, another locale on the northern end where the water is clear, the canyons orange, and the secluded beaches comfortably sandy.
