Sonoran Desert Loop Mountain Biking

Located within the Phoenix Sonoran Desert Preserve, the Sonoran Desert Loop is a 13.4 mile singlet rack loop that rests between the heart of a bustling metropolitan area and the quieter Cave Creek.

Balanced with plenty of flat ground, climbs, and some turns, this loop will be sure to give you a workout without getting too technical for bikers of any skill level. Some of the best times to head out are after a rain or in the spring when flowers are in bloom, adding lush color to a trail that already has wonderful views.
