Boulders OHV Area ATVing

Located in the desert off the western side of Lake Pleasant, the Boulders OHV Area is a wonderfully convenient series of trials to take your off-road vehicle of choice if you want to tear up some dirt just outside the Phoenix Metro Area.

The trails here have a good mix of everything, and the area is so expansive that it’s often thought of as two connected sections. The southern end is easier to navigate, full of rolling hills and easy turns, and is well suited for beginners or if you’re looking for a more relaxing time. The northern end gets fairly steep, inclining into rocky hills and washes with some sharper turns that are best attempted by someone experienced behind the wheel. All together though, there’s lots of variety to enjoy here that will have you coming back again and again.
