Hermit Road Mountain Biking

If you’re looking for a calm and easy paved cruise along the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, then the Hermit Road Greenway is the spot to enjoy. Hardly 2.5 miles long, this path is an excellent spot for the family or a laid back ride.

Paralleling the sharp descent down the South Rim, you’ll have some amazing views of the Grand Canyon as you ride along, and there are plenty of scenic overlooks to stop at and admire the canyon or snap a picture. Try to take your trip early or on the weekdays to beat the crowds and better enjoy a gentle, quiet ride alongside the canyon.
